This was designed to be a completely separate entity that can be used as a rental, for married or teenage children, mother-in-law quarters, or for company that will be staying for awhile. It consists of a beautiful, large kitchen and dining area, family room, laundry room, bathroom, 2 bedrooms, under the stair storage and a coat closet. All of the closets have built-in wood grain melamine units.
